Get answered to commonly asked questions
Therapists can assign custom travel fees of up to £15 for individual postcodes. For bookings after 9:30 PM, a travel fee of up to £30 may apply. These fees will be clearly shown during the booking process. This is fairer on therapists, gives them more flexibility and allows them to cover postcodes they otherwise wouldn’t. Our booking system will clearly display which therapists charge a travel fee to come to your address.
Our therapists do not carry massage tables. Your session will be performed on your mattress or using your own massage table if available. Therapists will bring oils and other essentials needed for the treatment.
That’s up to you! You can choose to keep your underwear on or if you prefer you can be naked. Whatever makes you most comfortable.
Our mobile massage therapists work on-demand, so you can book treatments in your home at just 60 minutes notice.
We accept cash, card or online prepayment. Each individual therapist decides how they want to be paid. So, some therapists will can only be paid in cash whereas some prefer to be paid online in advance. Our booking system will clearly indicate which therapists accept which payment forms.
