Online Deposits

Online deposits are essential for therapist safety. We also have a duty to ensure that therapists are protected against last minute cancellations and hoax bookings. This system gives the therapist peace of mind but still gives them the flexibility of receiving direct payments for their services.

Paying Your Therapist

Therapists decide which payment methods they accept. Some take payment in cash only or by card only, some accept both. If you're paying the balance by card, your therapist will use a device like the one pictured below.

Pre-Auth

New clients who opt for direct payment will have to do a credit card pre-authorisation to secure the booking. You are not actually charged and nothing will appear on your statement.

Once you have 3 or more previous bookings you're then exempt from pre-authorisation for future bookings. This step is purely for therapist safety as it allows us to verify new clients and also prevent hoax bookings.

If you cancel on under 60 mins notice or don't show up to the booking, your therapist can request that we 'capture' the pre-authorised amount and take payment in full. In this case, we contact you first to investigate the situation and decide if payment is needed.
