Am I eligible to work on Zen Hut?
Your eligibility to work on Zen Hut is determined through during your interview. You will be asked to perform a 45 minute long massage to showcase your skills and techniques. If it’s good, you’ve passed the test!

How do I set my service area?
You can easily open or close your availability in specific areas through the app. Adjust by postcode group (e.g., SW) or individual codes (e.g., SW1, SW2) and set different areas for bookings before and after 21:30.
How do I set travel fees?
It’s easy to set travel fees in the app. They are added in the same page used to set your service area. You can also set a different travel fee for before and after 21:30pm.
Are there safety protocols?
Therapist safety is our top priority and the app is loaded with security features. For example, you can check in to bookings via the app if you want. Once you check in a silent countdown begins and if you fail to check out on time our support team is alerted. The app will also show you the clients booking history. What’s more, our dedicated support team is always at your disposal.
What documents do I need to provide?
Standard proof of ID.
When is commission settled?
Monday every week. You’ll get an invoice with details of all appointments from the previous week along with a full breakdown of the total commission calculation.
Can I work on other massage apps?
Yes you can!
What are the payment options?
You can choose to get paid directly by the client in cash after the booking or get paid in full through our website in advance. For online payments we use Stripe. If you get paid online we receive the money from the client first and then automatically transfer it to you, minus your commission.
